The project is coordinated by the Peruvian NGO UCUMARI.
The driving force behind the project is the Apenheul Primate Conservation Trust, the Nature Conservation Organisation of Apenheul Primate Park in the Netherlands.
Further support comes from the Dutch "Foundation for Sustainable Development Peru" (DNP).
With the support of NC-IUCN we have been able to purchase and protect some lands.
The Rabobank Foundation supports the project both financially and with advice.
